Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at Hello@pawverastores.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
